A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY
In Flanders, gingerbread is a greed particularly appreciated since decades. The Saint Nicolas legend holds that well-behaved children were getting on December 6th a gingerbread portraying the Saint Man. With its unique recipe, authentic and without artificial colourings, it’s the same gingerbread as before, with honey and its cinnamon and anise flavours.
