The hot Biloute is the first Ch’ti cheese which can be cooked in the oven.
Convivial and original, it can be enjoyed hot and as soon as it comes out of the oven
As an appetizer or as a main course.
Wrapped in his wooden box, you just have to cut a cross on the top of the cheese and to put his lid before putting it into the oven during 20 minutes at 200°C.
To be eaten with bread or by dipping the spoon directly in it, choose your way of tasting it. It can be served with potatoes, deli meats and salad.
