Manufactured in Maroilles by the DEFROIDMONT French familiy-owned,the flamiche with Maroilles cheese is a cheese pie which is a tasty blend of the lightness of a dough and the delicacy of a highly traditional cheese: The Maroilles cheese. Leavened dough with butter, Hand-rolled and hand-garnished with Maroilles PDO cheese and cream.
In individual portions, these flamiches can be served as an appetizer, a starter or even as a main plate with a green salad.It is well adapted with a local beer * or a round and full-bodied red wine.
