INFORMATION

The Potjevleesh, which literally means potted meat, is a terrine of four jellied meats (chicken, pork, rabbit, veal) which we eat for a long time in Flanders, especially around Dunkirk.

Accompanied with fries and salad, the Potjevleesch is most often the main course. It is also a very popular entremet  during copious meal: family celebrations, weddings, communions or fairs.

 

INGREDIENTS

Meat (pork, chicken, rabbit, veal), sauce (water, pork gelatin, Northern beer, white wine, salt, vinegar, aroma, coloring agent (caramel)).

 

ALLERGEN

Presence of gluten.

 

SUGGESTION

Refrigerate ½ hour before eating to obtain a firm jelly. Arrange the content in a plate and that's all ... For picnics, fast or improvised meals.
